In this short guide you will find most useful tips for aim routine practice, it will help you climb ranks and faceit levels so fast.

First of all before you get into the CS.GO do this:

- Warm up your hands because warmed hands will have better feeling of the mouse. Your room temperature does matter.
- Do few wrist warmup exercises like:
- Wrist flexion and extension
- Carpal squeeze with wide palm extension
- Wrist circumduction
- Joint Distraction Stretches

Health is very important soo stretch every 45min-60min to avoid risks of injury.

After getting into the game go to the workshop maps and start map called AimBotz.

In AimBotz, prefarred time should be 15 minutes and this is what will you do:

- Put only kevlar on bots
- Disable bullet holes
- Rise up 3 sides of walls on screen above your head (green lines should be turned in red)
- Rise 1 wall on your practice side (the furthest one/ longest green line above your head)

In AimBotz you will practice this:

All this should be done in 15 minutes and if you dont feel the warm up you cant extend it if you want to.

Main Warmup training after AimBotz should be on FFA DM servers (Free For All DeathMatch).

On FFA DM servers you should spend 1:30 hours to 2:00 hours.

Yeah, it sounds like a lot and its boring but thats what you have to do if you want to improve and get that Global Elite / Faceit 10.

Recommended servers:

- BRUTALCS for Pistol only HeadShot servers and

- CYBERSHOKE for Pistol and AWP only headshot servers

To join those servers you need to switch from official matchmaking to Community servers and in search bar you write one of those servers names.

Choose the one where you can join.
