Solution:

1. Take the a golden faucet from the left sink
2. Take another golden handle from under the right sink
3. Attach the handles on the sinks
4. Tap the red button, bellow the right sink, and the fan will stop
5. Tap both sinks
6. After the steam fills tap the red button to turn the fan on
7. You will see the code: 3167
