Solution:

1. Observe the formula written under the window, on the wall
2. Go to the right side of the room, on the desk there is a clipboard with a code: 4037 (it is upside down)
3. Tap the drawer with the code lock and enter: 4037. Take the small red bottle and open it by tapping on it in the inventory. You will get a pile of powder on a piece of paper.
4. No go to the toilet and tap on the paper holder, take the paper holder and remember the code: 35m 20m 45m 10m
5. No go to the clock and tap the minutes that you find on the toiler: 35  20 45 10. Take the seconds needle from the clock
6. Use the needle to unscrew the screws of the lamp on the desk and get a battery from inside
7. No go to the sink near the toilet, and use the needle to scrub some dust from under the sink
8. Use the needle to get a pile of stuff from behind the toilet
9. No go to the green bed and poke the pillow with the needle to take some black powder
10. No combine, in the inventory, the 3 papers with powder and the paper holder, to make something that looks like a bottle
11. Go in the first room, tap the door and insert in the keyhole the "bottle", then combine the battery with the black stuff to make fire and use it to light the explosive, then use the needle on the lock to open the door
12. Now in the new room, tap the right wall and observe the symbols. Attribute a number to each symbol and you have the code for the locked drawer in the middle: 8396
13. Inside the drawer there is a golden key. Use it to open the box inside the bottom shelf of the right cabinet, behind the books. Inside there is a white handkerchief, and on it is drawn a key and the letters "M.H"
14. Now open the bottom drawer of the desk and enter the code: 9273 and take the tube inside
15. Now tap the vent in the toilet room use the tube an the handkerchief to clean it, and you will see the clues
16. Go to the computer room and open the top drawer on the desk by entering the code: 5276. Take the wrench and use it to open the vent
17. Take the gas mask and remember the eyes and symbols inside
18. Now you know how to open the lock on the new room and inside there is a bottle
19. Use the wrench to remove the fire extinguisher and reveal another locked safe
20. Go to the stand near the green bed and clean the stain on it with the bottle you found earlier. You will then see the clue to open the safe behind the fire extinguisher. The code is 7310. Inside there is a green bottle labeled "Danger don't mix" and a small key
21. Go back to the green bed and take some black powder from the pillow
22. Tap the gas mask and combine it with the black powder
23. Place the two bottles inside the vent
24. Use the small key to open the brown door and you are out
