Solution:

1. Take the iron bar behind the bucket and use it on the ice block
2. Take the cracked ice and place it inside the bucket
3. Move away the yellow cart in front of the fire place
4. Use the bucket to extinguish the fire
5. Santa Clause will come with a gift box that contains the key
