Solution:

1. Tap the hand on the door for the battery to appear
2. Tap the battery to add it in the inventory
3. Tap the cap to remove it. Tap one more time to remove the expired battery
4. Plug in the new battery and tap one more time to close the case
5. Tap the button, take the artifact and continue the game
