The note on the left wall says "When you add, multiple instead. When you subtract, add instead, but just one". The note on the right wall has this equation:
 "(2+2)x(2+2)x(2-2)".
 If you do the math you get "0". Now modify the equation, as the instructions say:
"(2x2)x(2x2)x(2+2)".
Now the answer is 64. Tap the key panel and enter "64" to open the door.

The paper on the table says "Count People". You can see that there are 4 people in the pictures, but the man is twice. So the correct answer is "3". Enter "3" on the key panel to open the door.

In the cabinet you will find a key and a bottle with "Lock Oil". Use the oil on the door's keyhole than use the key to open the door.

Dolphin = 5
Parrots = 7
Sparrows = ?
You need to guess the next number. The 1 - 2 - 3 - 5 - 7 is a prim numbers patters, and the next number is 11.
Tap the key panel and enter "11" to open the door.

Tap on the painting and it will fall down. Now you can see the color patters:
LEFT - BLUE
TOP - RED
RIGHT - GREEN
BOTTOM - BROWN.
